Vicki provides support to our clients when they most need it during the claim process managing all of our Domestic, Commercial and Life Risks claims.

Vicki started working for Bay Insurance in 2013 bringing with her 3 years’ experience working as a claims handler for a Loss Adjusting firm dealing with fire and general claims.  Vicki also has extensive knowledge of medical practices having worked for a GP meaning she also has a great breadth of knowledge dealing with life risk claims received into the office.

Vicki’s partner is Clint and in her spare time she enjoys socialising, renovating and keeping fit.
