Darryl started his insurance career in 1994 when he began working part time for the family insurance brokerage while attending University in Winnipeg, Canada. Before deciding to move to New Zealand in 2005 he was running the brokerages auto division. Since moving to New Zealand he has been working for brokerages in both Wellington & Paeroa before joining Bay Insurance Thames as a broker in 2016.

 Darryl specializes in commercial and rural insurance and enjoys building lasting relationships.

 Darryl and his wife Wendy live at Waihi Beach with their 3 young daughters. When he is not chasing after his kids he is catching up with friends and enjoying all the beach lifestyle has to offer.
